I have been working in the travel industry since 1996. I have seen the travel industry change quite a bit over the years, due to the fast growing travel websites & the constant change in the economy. My goal with Elite Travel Planning is to be able to give the one on one help & guidance to clients when booking their vacations. I often find myself wondering where all the customer service has gone, not only in the travel industry, but in many aspects of today's world. With Elite Travel, we hope that we can show each one of our clients that we are excited to help them with their next adventure. Having a wonderful relationship with each client is extremely important to us and we want to be the travel consultant’s that people call when travel is wanted or needed. I believe it creates a level of trust and comfort, which in turn, provides a level of convenience that is unbeatable in any other travel market.
